NOTE 1-Certain zip codes in Hawaii are not serviced
by UPS for hazardous materials. These are: 96713, 96729, 96742, 96748, 96757, 96763
and 96770. We can ship to a friend or relative nearby, or to the UPS Customer Counter in
Honolulu to be held for pickup. Contact us for more details. Certain areas in
Alaska may take longer than the above estimation for delivery.

NOTE 2-Certain areas of Canada are not serviced by

NOTE 3-The brokerage fee when using UPS as the broker varies with the
amount of the invoice, but has been averaging $25-$35 US. The customs duties/taxes
usually run about 5-13%. So you have regular shipping rates + $25-$35 brokerage
fee + 5-13% customs duties/tax. Our normal method is to have UPS handle payment of these
fees, that they then charge to us. With the help of UPS we can now calculate
these fees before shipment and will charge them out with the initial order. We will
inform you of these fees with the confirmation of your order. To avoid the brokerage
fee, you can have your package shipped by air (Hazmat fees may apply) or to a nearby point
in the US and drive across the border to pick it up. We provide the necessary NAFTA paperwork
for Canadian Customs. Contact us for more information if desired.
NOTE 4-FedEx does not ship hazardous materials to every
country, or to all parts of Canada. Please contact us for more information.
NOTE 5-The hazmat fees for shipping FedEx International vary, but are usually no less
than $90. Please contact us for an exact price for shipping FedEx International.
NOTE 6-Austria, Belgium, Czeck Republic, Denmark, Finland∗, France∗,
Germany, Greece∗, Hungary, Ireland, Italy∗, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Manaco,

NOTE 7-Brokerage fees, and customs duties/taxes vary. As we are unable to determine these
in advance, they are normally charged to the credit card after we are billed by the shipper.
As an alternative, you can pay the brokerage fee and customs duties/taxes when the package is
delivered, but the package will NOT be left if these fees are not paid. Contact us for more
information if desired.
